Operator
Sourcely is operated by Onstep Shoe Trading Co. LLC, Office C-64, Ibrahim Hussain Ahli 101, Al Muteena, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. VAT number 104337036800003.
Contact: l.immacolato@onsteptrading.com.
Business use and pilot status
Sourcely is provided for business use only. It is not intended for consumers.
This version is an early pilot released to a limited number of business customers, initially in Italy and the European Union. The pilot is provided free of charge.
Pilot functionality may change, and the service may be interrupted, limited or withdrawn while it is being developed.
Accounts and workspaces
Self-service registration creates a buyer workspace. You must provide accurate registration details and confirm your email address before you can sign in.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
Workspace administrators decide who they invite to their workspace and which role each colleague receives.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the procurement and business data you upload. You grant the operator the permissions needed to host and process that data in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you enter, including supplier contact details, and for the messages you choose to send to suppliers through the platform.
You must not use Sourcely unlawfully, attempt to access another customer's workspace, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
AI-assisted functionality
Sourcely may use AI services to process content when necessary to provide functionality you request, such as extracting values from documents, drafting clarification messages, and generating explanations of comparisons.
AI-assisted output is a proposal. Nothing becomes an official offer, price record or award until a person in your organisation reviews and approves it.
You remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output and for your procurement decisions.
Availability and no warranty
The pilot service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any performance or availability commitment.
The operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that calculations, extractions or research results are complete or suitable for a particular decision.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of the pilot service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Sourcely at any time and request deletion of your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The operator may suspend or end access to the pilot, in particular where use is unlawful, unsafe or harmful to the service or to other customers.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The operator is established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the initial pilot targets business customers in Italy and the European Union.
For this pilot version, no exclusive court or jurisdiction is designated. The law and the courts that apply may depend on mandatory legal rules and on the contractual relationship with the business customer concerned.
Nothing here overrides mandatory applicable law or mandatory jurisdiction rules.
Governing law and jurisdiction require professional legal review before any paid or broader commercial rollout.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the pilot develops.
